I know what it’s like to go through the 4/6/8 week challenge - over and over again.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR, BUT I STARTED WORKING OUT AND COMPETING BECAUSE I WANTED TO LOOK AND FEEL LEAN, FIT AND STRONG.

I wanted to connect with and build my confidence and grow into the ultimate version of myself.

It was all about transformation. It was about breaking new ground and hitting new highs - both on-stage and off stage, what limitations do I really have within my mind that drives me toward success.

To absolutely punish yourself in the gym, restrict yourself from foods - to see hardly any changes in the mirror.
To feel hardly any improvement at all!

I know all this because that’s what I was like at the start.
… and it was scary as hell - I even ate less than 1000 calories at one point and created a whole bunch of health issues that took me ages to fix and get back to normal.

After a while what I figured out what to focus on to build my confidence, my masculinity and my physique.
… and while the training and nutrition is important, it’s not the whole answer.

As you’d expect, I spend a LOT of my time preparing for competitions, other competition-related engagements and running of multiple businesses – however many of you may NOT know that I’ve also COACHED dozens of fitness enthusiasts to prep for the stage & photoshoots, and rehabilitation requirements.


But you don't have to be a fitness model looking to nail it on the stage to be looking for a transformation.

IT WASN’T ALWAYS THIS WAY. HELP WASN’T ALWAYS AS ACCESSIBLE AS IT IS TODAY.

Prior to when I got started with competing in 2014, I was a semi-professional football player. Stepping into another area of the fitness industry, there was little help out there to help me get ready for the stage. There was people who could help with the fitness side for sure, but most of that was designed for old school bodybuilders. We didn't have all the fancy apps or online coaching platforms back then...

As a result, there was VERY LITTLE help for creating longevity for athletes and fitness enthusiasts, and even less that help with the mental side of doing things right and not ending up having huge blowouts and mental anxiety or 'the post comp blues'.

But you don't have to be a competitor to experience this. I'm sure you've experienced it after putting all of your energy into hitting a goal - only to blow out in the days and weeks after you go on that holiday as an example.

What I learned, was that while the training, nutrition, and how I presented myself were all VERY important – the mental side of preparing myself was also CRUCIAL.

Coming out of the Australian Navy and changing who I was as a person and BUILDING THE NEW ME moving away from the party scene and alcoholism, focusing on myself and overcoming my personal demons was another way I really discovered the mental side of the overall transformation.

· Nutrition and training helped me win competitions and build my physique, but the mindset side was crucial to picking myself up on all those days when I thought I wasn’t good enough.

· It’s what helped me when I started competing, I still felt like I wasn’t worthy of being up there.

· It’s what helps my clients bounce back after competition disappointment…

· Ultimately, it’s what will develop your self-worth REGARDLESS of how to score on the stage, look in the mirror or what the number says on the scale.

Guys and Girls come to me looking for transformations, some have stage goals, others just want to look good on the beach.

But when we dig into what they really want, 90% of the time it is to FEEL confident. To feel good in their own skin. To look at themselves in the mirror and feel good... rather than feeling like something needs to be changed, and having that self belief of what it really means to be Lean, Fit, Strong and to Challenge themselves!

This is why we go out of our way to do things the RIGHT way… in a SUSTAINABLE way… in an ETHICAL way.

Sure, I could give you programs for 30 days, 6 weeks, 12 weeks. I could starve you with nutrition plans that are completely unsustainable and promise you incredible transformations only to put it all back on again.

But I won't put you through that. That's not working hard. That's torture and completely not required to get the results you're looking for.

Meanwhile, there are trainers out there preparing people for the stage or just general weight loss in dangerous and borderline unethical ways – like eating 1000 calories or less a day while doing cardio 5-6 days a week on top of strength training everyday. That is the only way some areas of the fitness industry can guarantee they give you a result - Put you on barely any food and over work you, only to bounce back twice as far when you are done and create a fear of food or an unhealthy relationship with it.

I DECIDED ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH, AND I NEEDED TO MAKE SOMETHING FOR YOU, REGARDLESS OF WHERE YOU’RE STARTING FROM.
