When starting out on the fitness model stage in 2014, I realised there was little professional help for athletes to achieve long-term change, build a positive mindset and develop the mental strategies needed to succeed.
I noticed trainers treating clients in unethical ways, like only allowing 1000 calories a day or prescribing cardio 5-6 days a week on top of daily strength training.
These methods will make you physically regress and create an unhealthy relationship with food and training.
The right mindset is crucial to building your self belief and preventing post-stage blues, binging and blowouts. This isn’t just exclusive to stage competitors but anyone who has worked to reach a goal or milestone.
I was driven to create a roadmap from scratch for anyone at any stage to achieve long-term and sustainable change: physically and mentally.
I’ve stumbled around in the dark testing, tweaking and not being sure what comes next.
I’ve invested thousands to work with the best mentors in the country to get my body into peak condition and to prepare myself mentally.
