When I started competing as a fitness model in 2014, I realised that there was a lack of professional help for athletes to achieve long-term change and build the mental strategies they need to succeed. I saw trainers treating clients in unethical ways, like prescribing extreme calorie restrictions and obscene hours of cardio every day. These methods can not only physically regress you, but also create an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise.
That's why I was determined to create a roadmap for anyone at any stage to achieve lasting and sustainable change – both physically and mentally. And now, as a WBFF Fitness Model Pro, I want to share that roadmap with you.

What's included in my coaching packages?
- Free Pre-Coaching Consultation: Before we get started, we'll schedule a consultation to assess your needs and goals and determine the best approach for you.
- No Start-Up Fee: There are no hidden costs or fees to begin working with me. You'll pay only for the coaching package you choose.
- Individualised Training Programming: I'll create a customised training plan that takes into account your current fitness level, goals, and preferences. You'll get clear instructions and progressions to follow, as well as support and guidance to ensure you're using proper technique.
- Individualised Nutritional Planning: In addition to your training plan, you'll receive a personalised nutrition plan that helps you fuel your body and reach your goals. I'll take into account your food preferences, allergies, and other factors to create a plan that works for you.
- Weekly, fortnightly or monthly consult (via Skype or phone call): We'll schedule regular consults to check in on your progress, make any necessary adjustments, and answer any questions you may have. These can be done via Skype or phone, depending on your preference.
- Weekly Email Check-Ins: In between consults, I'll check in with you via email to offer support and encouragement and help you stay on track.
- Ongoing Support: I'm here to support you every step of the way. Whether you have questions about your training or nutrition, or just need some encouragement, I'm here to help.
- Technique and Form Analysis: Proper technique is crucial for achieving your goals and preventing injury. I'll provide detailed feedback and guidance to help you improve your form and get the most out of your workouts.
